Lawrence Group is holding another weekday training ride for the United by Design Bike MS team on Tuesday, August 17th, at 5:30pm.
We will be riding in downtown St. Louis again on the St. Louis Riverfront Trail (weather & heat permitting). We will meet at the trailhead next to the Laclede Power Center, North of the old President Casino (RIP) at 5:30pm. We will leave at 5:45pm SHARP. We will continue to hold weekday and weekend training rides throughout the summer until the Bike MS: Express Scripts Gateway Getaway 2010 on September 11th-12th. Make sure to follow the United by Design blog for more information.
