Lawrence Group is holding another weekday training ride for the United by Design Bike MS team on Wednesday, June 16th, at 5:30pm.
We will be riding in downtown St. Louis again on the St. Louis Riverfront Trail (weather permitting). It is a very nice, easy 22 mile ride to the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge and back. The trail continues into Illinois for those who want to ride further. We will meet at the trailhead next to the Laclede Power Center, North of the President Casino. We will leave at 5:45pm SHARP. Please contact Tom Bahr (tom.bahr@thelawrencegroup.com) if you plan to attend so we can keep an eye out for you.
We will continue to hold weekday and weekend training rides throughout the summer until the Bike MS: Express Scripts Gateway Getaway 2010 on September 11th-12th. Make sure to follow the United by Design blog for more information.
